How do I change the default message prompts in the chat box

When a user vvisits our site, the chat box pops up with a couple of questions prompts - see the screenshot. I cannot find the settings to change these prompts, and am going round in circles! Please direct me to the right place…

Thanks for reaching out to us. You can edit the welcome message under the Administration section. Please ensure that you have Admin access to make these changes.

Hi there, we edited ours, but the old one still shows. Is there a way to force a refresh?
