How do YOU use Tawk.to Knowledge Base?

Hi.

I’ve been using Tawk.to for a few years now, and I’m currently introducing it to a new company. I mainly want to use the support feature, but I’d also like to use the KB feature. However, there are a few things about Tawk.to KB that currently is a deal breaker, and since there are limited options for customization of the KB, I need to convince my team why we should use Tawk.to KB.

Now, KB is easy to use. It’s streamlined and overall a great tool. There are room for improvement, though, which is not the topic for this thread. What I want to achieve with this thread is, that I would like to see how others are using Tawk.to KB.

Are you using it? Then I’d like to see, how you are utilizing its current available features, and how you’re pushing it to the limit.
