You can’t directly hardcode “default questions” inside AI Assist itself.

What you can do is use Suggested Messages in the chat widget:

Go to
Admin → Chat Widget → Content → Suggested Messages

There you can add predefined questions users can click before or during chat.

If you want a guided flow, combine Suggested Messages with AI Assist instructions so the bot answers consistently based on those prompts.
