I would like just to DELETE ols messages. If this requires a major update then I would like to request it.

Hi @eschulten, to delete messages go to Inbox, select the messages you’d like to delete, and click the trash bin 
button.
Sorry, but this does not work with internal messages between agents. Please setup the feature of deleting internal messages as well. Thank you.
Hi @eschulten, thanks for the follow-up. Messages in DMs and group chats cannot be deleted currently. Participants can leave group chats.
