How to get user name or Custom data

Ny question is that i use Tawk direct chat url how can i parse or get custom data from user using that direct chat url

You can still utilize the Pre-chat form when using the tawk direct chat URL. That way, you will have the customer’s data before starting a conversation with you on your direct chat URL.

Yeah you are right but i want some other data which user doesn’t see like account status, last transaction, unique user id etc
