I think that it would be great if tawk.to had a filter that filters chats whose organizations are not set. I don’t know if there is something like that. I looked for that, and couldn’t find anything. Sometimes we may forget to set organizations because of the density. Moreover, becaue of the high number of the chats that we get in a day it may be difficult for us to get back and check the past. Just an advice
