Can we use markdown language such as bbcode or HTML in knowledge base? I don’t understand why I need to manually format my articles, such a waste of time. Please tawk.to admins, add this elementary feature or let me know if I have simply missed it.

Yes, I also do not understand, why you can not use HTML. If you know about HTML you could format your help articles even better. But only if Tawk would not filter HTML away…

Yes. This would make my life easier. I have all my knowledgebase and all their localized versions in markdown. It’s a PITA to migrate them over one at a time specially for languages that I don’t speak natively.
