I am New And Need Some Honest Help

Hello, i am a business owner that came across TawkTo on my lonesome. Is there anybody that has used this platform enough that is willing to find sometime to talk to me about the ins and outs of this platform and the best way to use it. I understand this may be situational depending on everyone’s individual wants and needs but i would really want someone with hands on experience.

Hi Bryan,

Here’s a list of cons and pros, of tawk.to i could think of. Overall It’s good software to use when you’re just starting out, but later if your company grows I don’t think it would be as suitable. It has many advantages that are free and I would recommend it to start. Also the developers almost never listen to the users and new features or corrections to the software always take years… anyways here’s the list.
