I am not receiving any messages, chat, or ticket despite of being online.

Anyone knows who to resolve this issue.

Me and my team have a tawk setup in our website. But visitor messages does not go through our inbox sometimes delayed if it ever arrive. As a result rescue prompt is always trigger and we cannot converse with website visitor online despites us being online.

Any solution to this issue. Thanks!

This can sometimes happen due to connection issues, browser cache, or sync delays. Please double-check that you and your team are logged in and set to Online. If it’s still happening, could you share your website URL or property ID ? That way, we can check the logs and work on resolving this for you.
