I’d like to be able to read notes in a chat or a ticket right away, without having an extra click. Maybe, you could include notes section in the same about section or let the user set-up the default panel allowing to show notes by default in chats and tickets.

I think notes should behave similar to how Whispers work when the chat is open still, such that they display inline to the chat conversation.
OR simply ensure Whispers can continue when a chat is closed. (Maybe even merge the Whispers and Notes functionality into one).
