Hi, I’m new here and still testing the chatbot. I have just spent an hour uploading and publishing my knowledge base articles and my chatbot can’t pull any information from it. Is it because I am not on a paid plan, or does it take awhile to become available to viewers on my site?

Hi @kingdomreggae, thanks for reaching out! The Knowledge Base (KB) can be used as a data source on all plans. Have you verified that your KB is connected to your AI agent in the Data Source section?
