Is there any way not to maximize widget on trigger start?

I disabled message preview on desktop
and I have a trigger that starts when widget is loaded. but I do not want the widget to maximize I just want it to show the red dot when the trigger starts. is it possible to not maximize automatically ?

Thank you for reaching out. Currently, the option to prevent the widget from automatically maximizing when a trigger is initiated isn’t available.

This means that when a trigger is activated, the chat window will either open up automatically or show a message preview, depending on your settings. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to let us know. We’re here to help!

Okay, I understand. Hopefully, this function request will reach the developers so that someday, if possible, they can implement it.
