Hey quick question, today i noticed the analytics are not showing my visitor count and the notifications on the top right say that there is 21 people online but it shows only 1 or 2 people.

I am having this exact same problem today. Red bubble shows 19-21 people online, but when I go to the list of visitors, it’s actually 0-3.

We experienced an issue earlier that caused a discrepancy in the monitoring system. Our team has since resolved the issue, and everything should now be working as expected on your end.

I am unfortunately still experiencing this issue. And in addition, I am missing chats from my inbox and the UI is very slow.
The system is still processing the logs, so the chat history may load gradually as the synchronization continues. Once the process is complete, all chat history should be fully synced and available.
Please let me know when this is resolved, your messaging is unclear. I am still seeing a red bubble with 27 in it, but 0 actual visitors listed.
