Issues with Whatsapp Integration

I’m having an issue connecting my WhatsApp Business number to my main property. Previously, I used this number with a test property, but I have since deleted the test property.

Now, when I try to add the number to my main property, I receive an error message stating that the number is already registered with another property.

Could you please assist me in unregistering this number from the deleted test property so that I can use it with my main property?

Your number is still linked to the deleted test property. To fix this, either remove it from the old account’s WhatsApp Business settings or contact WhatsApp Business support with the number and old property details. Once released, you can add it to your main property.
