It's impossible to start a new chat with "Pre-Chat" when the first chat was finished

I found a problem that it’s impossible to start a new chat with “Pre-chat” Form when the first is finished so it would be nice to have opportunity start a chat with a Form directly on the first window of the widget.
It’s always a usual chat window with no “Pre-Chat” and for some users it’s critical because your cookies are stored for 6 months and it’s impossible to start a new conversation with another department.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! You’re absolutely right — at the moment, once a chat has ended, the widget no longer shows the pre-chat form. However, you can still start a new conversation by sending a message directly and letting the agents know which department you’d like to reach so they can transfer you accordingly.
