Hi Talk.to Community,
I’ve been using the Talk.to plugin for the past two years, and it’s been working perfectly until today. However, I’m currently facing a JavaScript conflict issue.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Deactivated the Talk.to plugin to test.
- Observed that the JavaScript conflict disappears when the plugin is deactivated.
It seems that the plugin might be causing the issue, but I’m not entirely sure what’s triggering the conflict or how to fix it.
Has anyone else faced this issue before? If so, I’d greatly appreciate any guidance or tips on resolving it.
Thank you!
Hi @DunebuggyDubai ,
Would it be possible to schedule a call with one of our technical team members to investigate this and help you fix it?
Please use this link to book a call: Calendly
So, as you know, times are shown in 24 hours, and meetings will be held on Zoom.
Apologies, I forgot to include the website link earlier. Please review the manual first to check the issue. Once you’ve done that, we can schedule the meeting accordingly. By the way, I’ve also hired a developer to assist with this.
please check this first → thedunebuggydubai.ae
Let me know once you’ve reviewed everything, and we’ll go from there!
Best regards,
Peter Fearon
Hi @DunebuggyDubai ,
I can see the chat widget working properly on your website now. Could you let me know if the issue continues?
