URGENT: Live Chat is Completely DOWN – Not Accessible via Any Method

Our live chat is completely DOWN and cannot be accessed in any way:

  • :x: Not showing on the website
  • :x: Not accessible via the direct chat URL
  • :x: Not accessible even from the tawk.to dashboard / internal live chat
  • :x: Tested on multiple browsers and devices

This issue is NOT related to embed code, cache, or website configuration, since the live chat is also inaccessible directly within tawk.to.

:point_right: This is a critical issue that directly impacts customer support operations.
:point_right: Immediate investigation and resolution are required.

Please check this urgently on your system side and advise as soon as possible.

i have do nothing on the settings. suddenly it disappeared. i tried to add new property also no show the chat widget

i have create a new property and here is the link tawk.to/chat/698cf2bdbafe421c2d8f243a/1jh798de3 and it doesnt work also :frowning:

i am the admin of the property and i hasnt deleted it . it still in my account . the livechat still word and count the visitor but it doesnt show the livechat

i have checked and i can access to the chat widget via mobile but can not access via desktop , i have tried many difference browser and can not access to the livechat via desktop
