Is anyone in Support checking these posts?

I’ve just been on LiveChat with support, they raised a ticket for me.

sometimes they do. but it is better to contact them via chat.

Hi @TRQ @LEOHDZ @sergey.nekipelov, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Could you please check for any errors in your dev console when this happens?

If the app gets disconnected it’s because we lose the socket connection or the browser goes offline.

We’re eager to investigate this further.

I’ve sent multiple logs screenshots to you guys by email for the last 3-4 weeks, nobody cares to even reply to emails, absolutely useless!

@TRQ thank you for bringing this to my attention. I have expedited your ticket to our dev team, and we’ll get back to you on the ticket ASAP.

Oh, yeah, I’m sure you will, just like you’ve been doing for the last 3-4 weeks. Slow down a bit, we don’t want you guys to trip over the power cable and turn all the servers off…

@TRQ

I sincerely apologize for the delay. Our dev team has been tied up with other priorities, but we’ve started working on this issue now.

In the meantime, have you tried using the browser version of the dashboard as a temporary workaround? The reconnection issue seems to be exclusively related to the Mac app.

We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on our progress.

Still no updates, unbelievable. I reported this 5 weeks ago…

@TRQ did you try using the web version - dashboard.tawk.to?

Did I start this support thicket saying I have problems with the browser? I need the app working.

Change my Internet Provider, fibre optics, 1gbps upload/download, no firewalls active, same issues… Still no reply to my ticket and they’re now blocking my posts before being approved few days later. Great service guys!..

Hi @TRQ,

Thank you for following up. We are not specifically blocking your posts, but due to recent DDOS attacks and spamming, we’re reviewing all posts for approval.

As mentioned in my previous message, we’re aware of the issues affecting the Mac app and are addressing them alongside other priorities. In the meantime, I recommend using the browser dashboard.

Thanks for your continued patience.

Just to be sure: This is not an isolated Mac Issue. This started to happen after the summer in browsers. This case Edge
