Making changes to initial chat pop-up

Some time ago I set up our chat widget so that it looks like this. This was before some changes were made to the ai set area. I cannot find how to modify this now. Where do I go to make changes.
BTW, these prompts were not really very helpful as it turned out.

Yes, the interface is a bit different now and I cannot find where they can be edited.

I must be missing something. In the trigger section I cannot find the welcome message.

@Nozmo, the screenshot you sent shows the Advanced “Chat rescue” trigger. Click “Cancel” to go back to the main list, where you should see the Welcome message.
