My chat window now shows english and spanish combined 🤦

Seriously how difficult can it be to accurately translate the chat window interface and the ticket text?

It would be better if they didn’t offer the chat in other languages at all if they’re not going to respect the selected language—or at least translate it properly🤷

We still have the same issue. It is under Start a New Chat section. We even changed the all texts in all sections of the widget.

Still showing english words, when you clic the message button

everything is set in Spanish, but still I cannot change the language here.

Same problem here. There are certain parts of the plugin that can’t be translated by selecting the language or by adjusting texts yourself. A solution would be very welcome.
