Hello everyone,

I have two basic questions, but I couldn’t find how to solve them.

  1. How can I assign a name to users instead of something like V4545445545? Is it possible to set up a form where users can enter their name and additional information?

  2. How can I enable chat history so that when a user returns for a second time, I can see their previous conversation?
