I am using your services a lot of years but suddently on my Iphone 14 plus i am not getting notification when someone enters my website, only if they send a message in the chat popup.
it is not issue with phone or the settings i have checked all the notifications as well i cleared cache of the app etc.
notifications are all enable in app, any suggestion?
