Not getting notification and traffic not displayed

Good afternoon,

I was happy with Tawko for a little bit before summer but I don’t see this would work for us anymore.
There is 0 visitors every day on our website which is impossible as I can seen from other reports we have visitors and traffic. I am not getting any kind of notification and I just see the missed chat email which is not helpful at all.
