Is there any way for the chat content to be sent to the Tawk.to administrator’s email when a user chats on a website with the Tawk.to chatbox?

Hi @dung111999, sending an email notification at the start of the chat can be set up using webhooks with Zapier.

However, we recommend exploring the following solutions to enable live notifications:

  1. Download our mobile app to answer chats on the go.
  2. Enable sound and desktop notifications for the tawk.to app or browser version on your computer.
