Off pre ask question

How do i switch or turn off this 4 pre ask question or where do i fill them in, i would prefer to switch them off

Hi idrc,

That is from Trigger’s “Suggested Message” function.

You can remove it by configuring your Welcome Message Trigger.

On the tawk.to dashboard, go to Administration by clicking the :gear: icon>Settings :gear: >Trigger.
Select one of the existing triggers and locate the “suggested message” section.
