I have been using tawk to offline forms for a long time, which was really great, but recently this form stopped working. People who visit our website just use the offline forms to contact us and these forms were automatically sent to our email address, but now we are not receiving them at all. Does anyone know the cause of the error?

Also, please white list these emails noreply@tawk.to and tickets@tawk.to

We have been using ** for years, we have not made any mail address changes, these addresses were already on the acceptable list because they were gmail servers, ‘’ noreply@tawk.to and tickets@tawk.to ‘’

I have checked our mail server, and it appears that you have a spam blocker blocking our emails and causing all emails to bounce. Please add noreply@tawk.to to your whitelist on the mail server you are using.
Is this situation caused by google or hosting?
I will need to take action accordingly. Could Google have blocked the address “noreply@tawk.to” in their gmail service?
I’m not so sure if it’s hosting.
It might be related to my issue with the ticketing system—emails from Tawk.to are being delayed by Gmail. Maybe if you switch from a Gmail account to an Outlook or Hotmail account, you’ll start receiving emails from Tawk.to again @kristaps

@LEOHDZ as you mentioned google has blocked tawk to servers or mail addresses,
I tried multiple gmail extension mail addresses but no change,
finally I opened a hotmail account and it started sending offline forms instantly,

I’ve been dealing with this error for almost a year, especially with the ticketing system. I really don’t know why Google has blocked some Tawk.to emails. Anyway, I’m glad you resolved the issue.
