Online and Away Message No Longer Displayed

I’ve noticed that the chat app has been updated, but my online and away messages are no longer being displayed. These messages are set under Widget Content → Widget State.

I want to upload a screenshot (.png), but it says: “Sorry, there was an error uploading that file. Please try again.” Anyway, when my status is set to Away or Online, and visitors on my website open the chat widget, they don’t see any message. When my status is set to Offline, they can still see the message. I’m referring to Header Cards, and then Text Area. This can be found under Widget Content → Widget State. Thank you for your assistance.

I’ve found the problem. The text is still there, but it’s not visible because its color is set to white, normally displayed against a blue background. However, it’s now positioned under a blue bar on a white background. I’m happy to change the color, but the Offline status message still appears against a blue background.

Thank you for your response. Maybe I wasn’t clear enough, but the status messages have always worked as intended, until a few days ago, when I noticed the widget had been updated. Since then, the Online and Away messages are no longer being displayed.

As I mentioned, I discovered that the text is still there, but now it’s appearing against a white background. The usual blue background has been reduced to a small bar at the top. If the solution is simply a matter of adjusting the style, I can probably figure it out myself, so I’ll try to make the necessary changes.

By the way, just so you know, the widget preview still shows the old version. My guess is that the team responsible for the update may not be aware of this, and it hasn’t been tested thoroughly with the new updated design.

Anyway, as mentioned, I’ll look for a workaround. Thanks again for your support, and have a good day!

Yes the new design broke a lot of things , language, header messages can’t believe they released it that way before testing, and like you said this are simple fixes such a shame we can’t modify the css

One more tip (from a beta tester :wink:): I believe the reason my header messages now appear against a white background is because the Body Cards → Chat element was changed. I think this is what’s causing the issue, because when a Form element is used instead of a Chat element, everything looks fine. Hope you guys can fix it. Thank you.

Luckily, as for me, it’s only affecting the header message. I’ve now implemented a workaround, but I prefer my previous setup. Hopefully, they’ll fix everything soon.
