onPrechatSubmit feature not working

I tried this command line

Tawk_API.onPrechatSubmit = function(data){
       console.log(data);
      /*var name = data[0].answer,
           email = data[1].answer,
           phone = data[2].answer,
           service = data[3].answer;
      */
  });

It worked fine before, but recently it stopped working. I do not know why?
