Possible to enable chat among groups of contacts (not property members)

I would like my customers to be able to chat among themselves within organizations. Is this possible?

the short answer is No. tawk.to is designed primarily as a business-to-customer (B2C) communication tool and does not support native peer-to-peer or group chat functionality for website visitors or external contacts.

While tawk.to has robust internal collaboration tools, they are strictly limited to your Property Members (your agents and admins).

If you need your customers to interact with each other, you might consider these alternatives:

Community Forum Software: If you want customers within an organization to collaborate, tools like Discord, Slack (via a shared channel), or Circle.so are better suited for “organizations” chatting among themselves.
