How do I keep this box from opening automatically? It opens randomly for current users and is annoying.

For this, you can enable the Message Preview option for the welcome message. This will prevent the chat widget from automatically popping up while still displaying the welcome message preview.

I’ve already got that enabled:
What I’m referring to is when a visitor/user is on the site, after a few minutes, the chat opens and dings on its own.
Please disable that feature or turn off the button to enable the Message Preview option.
