AI model selection: You can now choose the LLM for each AI agent! Every model has a credit cost per reply, shown in the list. You can track your credit spend per model in Reporting.

Shared Drafts: You can now collaborate with your team mates when writing replies to the following channels: Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram.

Email Inbox Access Controls: Better controls for who can access each email inbox.

Chat Widget accessibility: Better keyboard navigation and screen reader support for your visitors.

Shortcuts are fully supported in Scenarios: Your AI agent can now perform actions in Shortcuts used in Scenarios, like adding tags or transferring the chat to your team members (chat transfer is available on paid plans).

Smarter AI agent answers: Better handling of location and opening-hours questions, and various other improvements.

Easier to integrate with OpenAPI: You can now paste your OpenAPI schema directly, instead of having to point to a URL.
