Some of the chats on Meta messenger omnichannel are not syncing, its completely random. many o our chats which are from the same categories and sources which are visible on our meta omnichannel dashboard are not visible here in tawk.to

Are you referring to chats that are sent after you have connected Facebook Messenger to tawk.to inbox? If so, can you please share screenshots or recordings of it? It would be helpful for our team to investigate further.

While writing this message, i am unable to see 3-4 chats which are on meta messenger omnichannel and came in 6 hours ago, but are nowhere to be seen on tawk.to
