We at VPS Malaysia have been using Tawk.to for our live chat support and are very satisfied with the platform’s functionality and ease of use. However, we would like to inquire if it is possible to introduce an edit feature for sent messages in the live chat interface.
This feature would greatly help us, as it would allow us to correct any mistakes or typos made in real-time conversations with our customers. Being able to edit sent messages would enhance our communication accuracy and improve the overall experience for both our support team and our clients.
We understand this may be a complex feature to implement, but we believe it would be a valuable addition to the platform.
