Setting up the chat to open a ticket form when somebody writes in the chat (solved)

Hey everyone, i want to set to widget to only be responsive when someone writes in the chat and to open a form for them to write an issue so we can contact them.

I dont want to take live chat at the moment, but collect feedback and reply to our users thru email.

you can modify the schedule so that it shows you are closed from Monday to Sunday and then disable the widget from not appearing when you are offline so that it still shows on the page? This way, when the visitor clicks on the widget, they can leave you a message, which creates a ticket.

Is it possible to prompt the bot to request customer contact info during business hours? My clients are losing leads by not using the Tawk platform, I want to ensure they still get the customer’s information…Thanks!

You can add a pre chat form before the chat starts, the bot cannot save leads
