Shipment Tracking through AI

Hello everyone, this is San and it’s been really great working with tawk.to and apollo.ai. So me and the team want to add a shipment tracking feature to this ai conversation. Is this possible through api calls ?

Hey @IWLPL, thanks for reaching out! We don’t currently offer an API integration for Apollo, but this is something we’re exploring for future updates.

In the meantime, you can consider training Apollo to share a link to a page where customers can track their shipments by entering their order number, etc. if that’s something you offer?

Yah currently we are doing doing that, but to increase the customer experience it is much needed right now. Is there any other workaround ?

Hi,
It is possible to create a custom API that allows AI to query tracking number to get info from your database.
