The widget was working perfectly for months and then all of a sudden it’s no longer notifying me of pending chats. I only found out when a visitor told me they tried to reach me to no avail. I checked my chat history and his message was there but I was never notified. Permissions are all set to allow notifications as always and I never changed anything and am still using the same Samsung phone. The only way I seem to get notifications is if the app is open and in my screen. Very strange.
i still have the same issue using iOS.
I’m still facing the same issue across all devices. Android, iOS and PC. Notifications are not coming in, what’s the fix?!
It may be because your app has not been updated for a long time, please update to the latest version and the problem will be solved.
