I think these are the conversations I was testing with the simulations. But again, these simulated conversations don’t appear inside the list, they can’t be closed, and the number keeps adding up.
I think there is a bug here. The simulated conversation will not appear in the list, so it cannot be closed. But there will be statistics again.

Simulated chats shouldn’t be saved in Inbox, nor they should increase the notification counter.

Hi @kiwikiwi, do you happen to have multiple properties by any chance? Please check if the notifications are for another property. You can select your property in the menu on the top left side (where you blurred the text).
Also, please check if you haven’t filtered to only show closed conversations in your inbox view.
