Special characters replaced with � in FAQ bulk upload via .csv for AI-Assist

When importing FAQ via .csv special characters like é or ë (common in our Dutch language) are replaced by �. so for example commerciële becomes commerci�le. This requires major manual effort for us to correct. Can this import be fixed please
