Still not getting offline chat/missed chat email notifications in outlook

Hi

I am still not getting offline chats or missed chat email notifications in outlook. I have added the noreply@tawk.to and tickets@tawk.to to the safe senders list in outlook and desktop notifications is turned on. It’s getting really annoying now and am considering finding another live chat as it’s no good keep missing offline chats or missed chats

Update: I have found out that it could be mailchannels blocking the inbound connection so waiting to find out the sender server IP (upstream IP)

The email address is enquiries@it-doneright.co.uk which is the main one in the main settings and also ian@it-doneright.co.uk which is added to the email notifications page/settings as well for offline chats

After reviewing our mail server logs, it appears that a spam blocker on your side is preventing our emails from being delivered, causing them to bounce. In cases like this, it’s usually most effective to reach out directly to your email service provider. Yeah I think it’s mailchannels as my hosting contacted mailchannels and they said the following

“To assist further, we need the exact sending server IP (Upstream IP) from which the emails are being sent and bouncing with the “550 [S10] Blocked” error. Kindly provide this information for further investigation.”

Do you know what the sending server IP (upstream IP) is from which the emails are being sent please?
