After the recent interface update, I’m no longer able to add images، divider or headers (H1/H2) in the Knowledge Base editor.
Previously these options were available, but now they are missing or not showing up in the editor.
I have tried different browsers, logging out and back in, and refreshing the page, but the issue persists.
Could you please confirm whether this is a bug or a change in the new update?
And if possible, how can I add images and headers with the new interface?
