I think the live chat system is fine, but what really needs improvement is fixing the ticketing system that doesn’t work, being able to customize the language of the tickets and the forms for receiving leads, introducing WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram channels, as well as modernizing the user interface since it looks very outdated, and adding a flow function for the chats, also dark mode for the dashboard.
But well, I can’t complain since I am not paying for the service, I mean I guess with my data, even though they say they don’t sell it to third parties
