When a person who creates a ticket receives an automatic message?

When a person responds they see an automatic message again ?

              Hi @Cclement00 - can you clarify, are you suggesting to receive less email notifications?               @BennyIs  Hi for example when we create a ticket it sends an automatic message and when a person responds to the ticket they see an automatic message too.
