When a person who creates a ticket receives an automatic message?
When a person responds they see an automatic message again ?
When a team closes the ticket they see an automatic message again?
Hi @Cclement00 - can you clarify, are you suggesting to receive less email notifications? Maybe a good idea would be filter out the emails and have some skip the inbox?
@BennyIs Hi for example when we create a ticket it sends an automatic message and when a person responds to the ticket they see an automatic message too.
