Suggestions for improving the ticketing system

Hello I want to make suggestions to improve the tawk.to ticket.

  1. When a person who creates a ticket receives an automatic message?

  2. When a person responds they see an automatic message again ?

  3. When a team closes the ticket they see an automatic message again?

Hi @Cclement00 - can you clarify, are you suggesting to receive less email notifications? Maybe a good idea would be filter out the emails and have some skip the inbox?

@BennyIs Hi for example when we create a ticket it sends an automatic message and when a person responds to the ticket they see an automatic message too.
