Analyzing user behavior, I noticed that not all users want to communicate with AI.
Would it be possible to implement the choice of AI/live person?
I propose to implement the function using prechat.

live person
Depending on what the user chooses. Choose AI - communicates with Apollo. If choose live person - managers connect to the chat.

or there should be an easy way to transition from ai bot to human operator
