Ohhh, the mystery has been solved. Now we know why the chat looks extremely ugly and outdated, with a poor selection of colors
They do not have a UI desgner , I hope they hire a good candidate soon

@Gori you can fully customize the colors of the tawk.to widget in Admin > Channels > Chat Widget > Widget Appearance. Is there anything else that we’re missing?

They look the same , they do not look as buttons they look as if an agent typed that in my opinion the green transparent ones were better
I honestly think that minimalistic design was really good, but yeah, my QA team also gave me feedback that it looks as if agent wrote the message, and it might be confusing to the customers on the website ://
Minimalistic design is one thing, and poor graphic interface design is another, I think the new button design leans more towards the second thing imo
