I have already created 2 Property Widgets (one for German and one for English). German is the primary language. I am using the “Polylang” plugin for my bilingual website. The tool works perfectly on the German version of the website. Unfortunately, it does not work on the English version. What do I need to do or what configuration is necessary?"

This widget – I mean the German one – also appears on the English website version. I have created 2 properties and also 2 widgets. I have also installed and activated the plugin in the WordPress dashboard.

Have you had a chance to edit the content of your chat widget under the Widget Content section? This is where you can customize the messages and appearance shown to your visitors. Help Center | tawk.to | How to modify your widget content
