There should be a feature to open chat box within the website on Mobile and Ipad , as on mobile and Ipad once click on chat widget it open on new tab leaving the website which is very unprofessional . We should fix that feature.

That said, we understand how having the chat open within the same page could provide a more seamless and professional experience. It’s a great suggestion, and we’ll be happy to pass this along to our team for consideration in future updates.
