Hi, the timestamp for each chat is an hour behind in the web tawk.to in Chrome, and the transcript shows the same (hour behind). I am on Sydney Australia time.
The mobile app (OS), Firefox and Safari are showing the correct time, including when you copy the transcript.

The timestamps you see on the dashboard are based on your device’s date and time settings.
Does this only happen when you access the dashboard from Chrome on a computer?

It seems to be something specifically with my Chrome or macbook device settings, since it’s working fine on my colleague’s mac + Chrome. I’ve reinstalled Chrome and cleared history/cache and my device’s date/time settings are correct. Would you know what other settings or steps I could try?
