In both the Agent Chat and the Visitor Chat (and Dashboard History), the timestamp is in 24-hour time format. The Inbox has the timestamp in 12-hour format. (This Help Topic says chats should be in 12-hour format.) We have our time zone set to Central Time, US & Canada, U.S.A. UTC -06:00. Is there a setting (Admin) that can change ALL timestamps (chat, Inbox, History) to the 12-hour format?

Currently, there is no setting in the Admin panel to change all timestamps to a 12-hour format.
