We recently added a new Reply Handling dropdown menu, located under Automations → Agent → Knowledge → Shortcuts .
Alternative workarounds include:
Disable the Escalation → Human Transfer setting and create Instructions that teach the AI to display translated buttons based on the visitor’s language. These buttons can then be connected to language-specific transfer shortcuts.
A simpler workaround is to create a universal multilingual transfer shortcut .
