Per tech support’s suggestion I am asking if anyone has had to deal with a customer clicking on a message on the message “menu” attached to the Basic- Site Notification Trigger and totally BYPASSING the input form this way. Tech support said there was no fix and I should post this as a programming request suggestion…so done!

It’s occurring frequently once I added four messages to the Welcome Message Trigger this week…customers are just clicking on one of the messages…getting the shortcut answer and forcing the AI to respond without filling out the form!

I can connect again…but the agent I was working with on my last Zoom meeting last week was the one that said that there was no fix for this…and I should post this as a feature request (though looks like I posted it in the wrong place!) Was this wrong and I should try another Zoom meeting?

Correct…the pre-chat form is not being presented to the customer when they click on one of the suggested messages!
